What is the standard shipping time for orders?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout for those who need their workwear on-site sooner.
What is your return policy for worn items?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all items in original, unworn condition with tags attached. Once an item has been worn on a job site, it cannot be returned unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.
Are CAT® work pants flame-resistant?
We offer a specific line of Flame-Resistant (FR) clothing designed for hazardous environments. Please check the 'Specifications' tab on the product page to ensure the garment meets the safety standards required for your specific trade.
Do you offer a warranty on your work boots?
Yes, CAT® footwear is covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects and workmanship for up to 6 months from the date of purchase. This does not cover normal wear and tear or improper maintenance.
